A group of hoping to host an event called “Sin City 8” with the intention of breaking the Guinness world record for the largest recorded orgy hit a small snag recently. The record is currently held by a group from Japan who managed to get 500 people to have sex together simultaneously. As it would turn out the biggest obstacle for such a mass orgy is the logistics.
Sin City 8 was temporarily put on hold when the hotel booked by organizers pulled out. The group is now left looking for a new venue after the original Las Vegas hotel became aware that the participants weren’t just looking for a place to stay but also have over 500 people bang in one room.
There must be strict Guinness rules as to what constitutes an orgy because they could have had 500 people line up mouth to butthole across multiple rooms. It would look like of like a human centipede version of hands across America but depending on what they’re doing with their tongues it would technically constitute an orgy, at least by my definition.
According to a statement from Embassy Suites regarding their separation from the Sin City 8 event:
“We have reached an agreement with the group. Guests of the group are welcome to stay at our hotel but no events of any kind associated with Sin City 8 will take place at the Embassy Suites. When we became fully aware of the nature of the functions intended to be held at the hotel, we advised the group that the events were not consistent with the standards and environment we support and consequently will not be permitted to take place at our property.”
Maybe they should have tried a place that is more accepting of different kinds of sexuality.
We once read about a hotel from England that was opened specifically for swingers. The owner of the sexually progressive accommodations quit her career as a teacher to run a hotel after deciding it wasn’t worth living a double life as an educator and a swinger. She credited the growing popularity of the swinging lifestyle as well as orgies as being the driving force behind her decision to quit her job and becoming the proprietor of a hotel that specializes in sex parties.
Then again when you call your event “Sin City 8” I guess you kind of limit yourself to Las Vegas.
At any rate, organizers were able to find a new venue for their 500-person orgy, the Erotic Heritage Museum. If everything goes according to plan, they should be able to set a new world record very soon.
