Love Magazine 2015 Advent Calendar Day 19 To 31!

I’m back people. I’m back. The holidays are officially over and getting back into my regular routine is hard as hell. Work, what’s that? Go to the gym three times this week, are you kidding me? I’d much prefer staying in my pajamas and eating the rest of my chewy ginger molasses cookies.

I should lay off the food, but that’s gonna be pretty hard considering my New Year’s Resolution is to eat more pizza. Speaking of food, I hosted Christmas Eve at my place this year, which means I spent three days prepping all sorts of good things to eat.

Here’s a rundown so you can all drool and marvel at everything I made: chicken glazed with orange marmalade and sage, bread and onion sage stuffing, Brussels sprout and apple hazelnut salad with browned butter dressing, spiced cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, maple glazed carrots with thyme, sweet potato rolls, cheese puffs, pigs feet and rabbit stew with dumplings, sugar cookies, apple cinnamon cake, blueberry pie, and other things I’m surely forgetting.

Hungry yet? I’m starving just thinking about all that goodness.

I had leftovers for days. Unfortunately, I got kind of sick of eating the same thing after a day or two so I ended up wasting a bunch of food. The whole thing was sort of like the Love Advent Calendar, it was really exciting at first, but after a few days I forgot about the Tupperware container filled with leftover mashed potatoes in the back of the fridge.

Now that it’s all over, however, I wish I still had some of those potatoes I can catch up on the Love Advent videos I forgot to watch.
