It’s that time of year again where I’ve got a cold and my brain has become mush. It might have something to do with going for a nice canoe ride and having to exit the boat to go take a s**t in the woods and getting soaking wet in the process. Lake water is kind of freezing in October… just so you know.
An Australian man recently won an unfair dismissal case after being fired for downloading and watching hardcore porn (including videos of himself) on his work-issued laptop. According to Commissioner Ian Cambridge, while the man’s behavior was inappropriate, there was no evidence the company, Smarter Insurance Brokers, had any policy in place to specify how work-issued computers should be used.
If we started firing all the people who watching porn on their work issued computers… half the world would be out of a job.

Spider bites Australian man on penis again (BBC News)
A 21-year-old Australian tradesman has been bitten by a venomous spider on the penis for a second time.
The man was using a portable toilet on a Sydney building site on Tuesday, when he suffered a repeat of the incident five months ago.
Jordan, who preferred not to reveal his surname, said he was bitten on “pretty much the same spot” by the spider.
“I’m the most unlucky guy in the country at the moment,” he told the BBC.
“I was sitting on the toilet doing my business and just felt the sting that I felt the first time.
“I was like ‘I can’t believe it’s happened again.’ I looked down and I’ve seen a few little legs come from around the rim.”
Nope, I don’t buy it. This dude obviously has a fetish for sticking his dick in spider nests. IT’S THE ONLY EXPLANATION!

Sigh, I miss Kickass Torrents. That’s where I used to get my torrents, but they’ve been shut down with no sign of an eminent resurrection.
