I’m scared of a lot of things but the most important two are dying alone and bees. I don’t consider either of these to be irrational fears. Loneliness is a crippling void that lurks around the corner of every life decision and bees are basically flying murder instruments.

For whatever reason, someone started a story about creepy clowns lurking in the dark and that’s all the media needed to start an urban legend. After a few vague reports of clown sightings got everyone aware of their potential existence, pranksters with costumes ran away with it and turned them into a full blown internet phenomenon.
Perhaps growing up Hispanic has desensitized me to the appearance of heavily applied makeup. If anything seeing caked on foundation with heavy handed eyebrows is more arousing than terrifying. This current clown trend doesn’t have me scared to go outside at night, but rather more interested in what kind of relevant porn exists.
This is the exact kind of reasoning that went behind one of Pornhub Insights’ latest reports. Our favorite number munchers noticed an increase in searches for clown fetish porn after these recent events and arranged their findings in a handful of convenient graphs. Neat!
Since media coverage of these spooky clowns picked up last month, searches for clown fetish porn have grown on Pornhub by as much as 213%- that’s a lot of clowning around!
Clown porn isn’t exactly new. As a matter of fact, a new kind of porn hasn’t been discovered in over 10 years or whenever it was that My Little Pony came out. When we look at the specific terms people are searching for to find this kind of content, we can really zero in on how this fetish plays out.
After the very vague umbrella of “clown porn” at number one, female clowns and gangbangs are what connoisseurs of this genre are searching for. I can’t help but feel that Loonette from Big Comfy Couch has something to do with the popularity of this fetish before last month. She was one of my first and weirdest loves.
