Lawyers make a metric fuckton of money, right? I mean, that’s the word on the street. I’ve only fucked a handful of cocks that went to law school, and none of them ever stuck around long enough for me to find out the details on their financials.
I guess, it makes sense though. Law school costs a whole lot and in order to pay back those crazy student loans, you’ve got to be charging hundreds of dollars an hour for your time.
If you’re paying that much money for the services of an attorney, giving up a fuck hole or two (or three) to get better service seems like it might be a stretch. I get that there is not always an ulterior motive to sex, but when you’re in a position where you have to defend the person you’re porking in a court of law, I imagine the lines might blur a little bit.
At this point in time, lawyers in California can bang their clients as long as the attorney doesn’t “employ coercion, intimidation, or undue influence” or “perform legal services incompetently” because of their bedroom romping.
Enter a brandy new law that the California State Bar Association is trying to push through.
If they get their way, it will be illegal for lawyers to fuck people that are paying for their courtroom services unless the relationship existed prior to the case.
People who are married and representing each other will get a pass obviously…because they have to relieve themselves of a stressful day in front of a judge somehow.
Maybe I’m naive (also possibly because I’ve never required the services of a lawyer) but I didn’t realize that it was cool for attorneys to bang the people they represent. It seems like a HUGE trust issue and could be a super manipulative situation for both parties involved.
I’m kind of thinking that this particular law might be a good one so that people don’t get taken advantage of.
