When Fidel Castro died a lot of people came out with very different opinions about Cuba’s former leader. Some people recognized him and members of his regime from the t-shirts they wore in 2004 and praised him as a visionary who freed his people. He was a symbol of resistance and perseverance in the face of persecution and economic sanctions from various governments.
Other people, including many Cuban-Americans who fled their homeland to escape his communist government, considered the man a dictator who toppled a flawed system only to establish a new one that was equally brutal.
It was a time when everyone rushed to their favorite social media platform to share their unique and important opinions on the subject. All eyes were on Cuba and while everyone was brushing up on the history and politics of the island nation to join the discussion, some of us took a different route.
According to a report by Pornhub Insights many people decided to research Cuban culture by checking out all the hot Cuban porn the internet has to offer. Cool!
In the days following Castro’s death on November 25, searches for Cuban porn on Pornhub more than doubled. While other people were searching for key point for winning political arguments on Twitter, Pornhub users were looking for Cuban maids, big booty Cubans, and Cuban MILFs. Very wise choices.
For Cuban related porn searches to double is no small feat. The vague genre of Latin porn is already immensely popular and the gorgeous people of Cuba are a big reason why. Meanwhile the political climate of Cuba and its future going of are still somewhat up in the air. There’s no doubt the Cuban people will continue to thrive but with the death of a longstanding leader to deal with, there’s certainly no harm in wishing them the best.
