Apartment living can sometimes be the pits. As much as I appreciate the fact that I’m not the one that has to shell out the cash when pipes explode (which sucks btw) or when the oven stops working (which also sucks, but is much less messy), having people living on all sides of you is a bit of a drag.
My neighbors in the my last apartment use to fuck each other while I masturbated along with them…so that was kind of cool. But paper thin walls were the least of my problems in that place.
Landlords are basically out to get paid.
They bought a piece of property and they want to be able to pay their own mortgage on it while lining their pockets with a little bit of cash.
A landlord in Colorado Springs took things a bit too far when he decided it would be cool to bang chicks in his tenant’s bed while they weren’t around.
Logan Pierce has security cameras set up around his home. He got a text message alerting him that someone was in the house, so when he checked out the live feed of what was going on, he was super surprised to watch his landlord boning a lady in his bed. To make matters worse, Carlos Quijada then wiped up the splooge off of his dick with Mrs. Pierce’s wedding dress.

Carlos Quijada was arrested and charged with felony trespassing after Pierce reported the incident to the police. The wedding dress has been turned over to the authorities as DNA evidence.
