I joined a new gym last week, I’ve only gone twice, but my entire body is in constant pain. The good kind of burn, not the holy-shit-I-pulled-something kind of pain. I hope. Either way, I think I’m going to invest in some high quality muscle rub cream. That’s right, I’m going to smell like your arthritic grand-father, but I’ll look much hotter than him while doing it.

Exercise isn’t all about looking hot, though, it’s mostly about feeling good, you know, being able to do things like walk up the stairs and get out of bed without loosing your breath or pulling a muscle. Besides, exercise gives you better boners, it’s a fact and isn’t that what we all want?!

5. Cardio For Stamina

If you can’t jog for more than five minutes without feeling like you’re going to keel over and die, you might not be able to have sex for more than five minutes at a time without feeling like you’re going to keel over and die. And who wants to have sex with a giant sweaty slug?!

Nobody, that’s who.

4. Kneeling Band-Resisted Hip Thrusts

Hip thrusts are basically the go to move of 98% of all sex positions, but they’re especially helpful when doing your lady doggy style.

3. Hollow-Body Bridge Hold

This is a must exercise for those of you who enjoy a little cowgirl now and again. Sure, you’re lady is on top doing most of the work, but that doesn’t mean you can just lie back and play dead. You gotta provide a strong and stable base if you want to pull your weight.

2. Bowing Pushup 

I mean, because obviously. The cat, the flatiron, the mountain climber, the pillow driver, and the snow angel are all position that require the person with a dick (or wearing a strap-on) to prop their weight up using their arms while simultaneously thrusting. It’s tiring work, everyone can use the practice.

1. Plank 

The missionary position might be cliché and it might be boring, but there’s a reason why it’s the golden standard of sex positions: it works, damn it! Seriously, it allows for intimate face-to-face contact while getting both participants off at the same time.

The previous exercise (a.k.a. the bowing pushup) will be a great help with all of that and so will the plank, unless you want to suffocate your partner under the entirety of your body weight.
