Women Smell Mushrooms, Orgasms Happen

My personal record from zero to orgasm is 35 seconds. If I’m trying to prove something to myself (or someone else for that matter) I can usually manage an orgasm a minute for about 10 minutes or so. They aren’t exactly the most intense orgasms in the world, but they are orgasms, so it counts. I’ve been in situations where I have been so turned on that it’s only taken a few seconds of clit stimulation from a partner before I explode, but I’ve never had an orgasm just from nipple stim…and I’ve definitely never had an orgasm from just smelling something (no matter how good those chocolate chip cookies in my oven are smelling right now.

There are a few stories circulating around the Internet about a type of magical mushroom that can be found in Hawaii. With just one sniff, women can orgasm.

I’m down with both Hawaii and orgasms via sniffing mushrooms. This sounds like a party in paradise to me. Which means it just might be too good to be true.

I’m a skeptic about this whole situation because the discovery of the fun fungus was made back in 2001 by Noah Soule and John Halliday. If this was true, shouldn’t we have heard about it years ago? Between then and now, it seems like a whole lot of time, effort, energy and MONEY should have been spent on research. We don’t yet know the chemical make-up or side effects of sniffing the thing because someone either dropped the ball or the whole claim is just bullshit. I think we need to run some clinical experiments. Even if observations had to be made and dosages worked out before it was sold…I really feel like the media should have picked up on this awhile ago.

In the articles I was able to find, there only seems to have been one test done to a handful of people. Men think it smells disgusting, while women seem to be turned on by the odor. While only a few claim to have experienced instantaneous orgasms, I feel like that’s a risk that I’d be willing to take.
